How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes about 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all US orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on the United States. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Sizing & product
How does the sizing run?
Our sherpa pullovers have a relaxed, oversized fit. Order your usual size for a slouchy look, or size down for a closer fit. See the size guide on the product page.
How do I care for my pullover?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron.
